Bio
Frank has been in customer service since the mid 90’s when he obtained his degree in social science and business management. Frank worked as a customer service and relationship consultant for many years helping small and mid-sized companies develop their customer service performance. Frank joined us in 2014 and works with passion to exceed client expectations and build long-term relationships based on mutual trust and respect. In his free time he enjoys participating in community services and social education projects for children and youth.
