Refer a Patient to Radiance Dentistry, Dental Implant Center

At Radiance Dentistry, our goal is to provide exceptional care for every patient that walks through our doors. With this simple and straightforward referral approach, we are placing patients at the center of our care strategy for more efficient care delivery.

To facilitate continuity of care at the request of referring doctors, our staff will contact patients directly to set and confirm an appointment at the soonest possible time. This step will ensure all referred patients are given priority and immediate care.

Prior to surgery, we may also set a consultation for an opportunity to carefully evaluate referred patients’ health and address any concerns. Please note, we are proud to be a part of the dental community and respect that each patient that is referred to Radiance Dentistry will remain the primary patient of the referring doctor or clinic.
