To facilitate continuity of care at the request of referring doctors, our staff will contact patients directly to set and confirm an appointment at the soonest possible time. This step will ensure all referred patients are given priority and immediate care.
Before surgery, we may also set a consultation for an opportunity to carefully evaluate referred patients’ health and address any concerns. Please note we are proud to be a part of the dental community and respect that each patient referred to Radiance Dentistry will remain the primary patient of the referring doctor or clinic.
