Revolutionary Techniques & Technologies
At our dental lab, we understand the significance of providing comprehensive and efficient dental solutions. Our team of experts has honed their skills and knowledge to perfection in the realm of All-on-4, a revolutionary dental implant technique that allows for the complete restoration of a patient's smile with only four strategically placed implants.
What sets us apart is our commitment to excellence and our dedication to staying at the forefront of dental technology. We have invested in cutting-edge equipment and employ the latest digital workflows to ensure precision and accuracy. With our advanced digital designing tools, we can create virtual mock-ups of your final restoration, allowing you to visualize the outcome before we even begin the production process.
Collaboration & Expertise Are Key
Our technicians are well-versed in the intricate art of crafting dental prosthetics. They possess a keen eye for detail and utilize their expertise to fabricate prosthetic teeth and implant components that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The ceramists on our team are masters of dental ceramics, ensuring that the final restorations exhibit lifelike translucency, shade matching, and natural contours.
Collaboration is at the core of our lab's philosophy. Our team works in close coordination with the dental professionals and surgeons involved in the patient's treatment to ensure seamless communication and optimal outcomes. We prioritize open dialogue and maintain a streamlined workflow to minimize turnaround time while upholding the highest quality standards.

XircOn™ Bridge State-of-the-Art Features
- Light and Natural Feel - XircOn™ is half the weight of monolithic zirconia but just as strong. Unlike monolithic zirconia, with XircOn, there is no clinking heard or felt when biting, chewing, or talking.
- Superior Aesthetics - XircOn™ dental bridges offer a life-like brilliance with optimal translucency, a stark contrast to the opaque and dull look of monolithic zirconia.
- Shock Absorbance - Due to greater flexibility, XircOn™ exerts minimal forces on dental implants, reducing unnecessary wear and tear, and is less likely to break compared to monolithic zirconia.
- Repairable Structure - Thanks to our proprietary architecture, XircOn™ products are 100% serviceable. If an unlikely break does occur, we can repair the bridge. In many cases, these repairs can be performed in-office.
- Most Conservative Surgical Requirements - In terms of surgical requirements, less is more. That’s true for patients as well as doctors. XircOn™ bridges require just 7-8 mm of bone removal, as opposed to monolithic zirconia bridges, which require 12-15 mm.
- Innovative and Proven Materials - The biocompatible high-performance polymer (BioHPP) used in XircOn™ has been used by the medical device industry, most notably in orthopedics, since the 1990s. It is these proven materials with decades of success, along with advanced manufacturing and craftsmanship techniques, that are the X factor in XircOn.
